{"id":1306,"date":"2020-04-02T12:33:56","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T15:33:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sindcomerciosl.com.br\/portal\/?p=1306"},"modified":"2020-04-02T12:34:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-02T15:34:00","slug":"novo-decreto-municipal-volta-a-suspender-algumas-atividades-e-estabelecimentos-comerciais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sindcomerciosl.com.br\/portal\/novo-decreto-municipal-volta-a-suspender-algumas-atividades-e-estabelecimentos-comerciais\/","title":{"rendered":"Novo decreto municipal volta a suspender algumas atividades e estabelecimentos comerciais"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Nesta manh\u00e3 (02), foi publicado um\u00a0<strong>novo decreto municipal<\/strong>, onde o prefeito volta atr\u00e1s na autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de reabertura de alguns estabelecimentos de atendimento ao p\u00fablico determinando novamente o fechamento dos locais suspens\u00e3o destes servi\u00e7os em raz\u00e3o da<strong>\u00a0pandemia da covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Decreto n\u00ba 6.241\/2020<strong>&nbsp;suspende as atividades de sal\u00f5es de beleza, cl\u00ednicas de est\u00e9ticas, \u00f3ticas, escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia, contabilidade, imobili\u00e1rias, despachantes, servi\u00e7os de assist\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica a eletrodom\u00e9sticos e servi\u00e7os notoriais e de registros (cart\u00f3rios)<\/strong>, que anteriormente foram autorizados voltar as suas atividades normais seguindo crit\u00e9rios preventivos e sanit\u00e1rios a pandemia pelo Decreto&nbsp;n\u00ba 6.240\/2020, publicado na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (31).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O novo decreto refor\u00e7a a suspens\u00e3o das atividades em:<strong>&nbsp;casas noturnas e demais estabelecimentos dedicados \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de festas, eventos ou recep\u00e7\u00f5es, bares, restaurantes e lanchonetes e igrejas e templos religiosos de qualquer culto e tradi\u00e7\u00e3o espiritual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;Decreto n\u00ba 6.240\/2020&nbsp;recebeu uma enxurrada de cr\u00edticas ocorridas nas m\u00eddias sociais desde desde sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no dia 31 de mar\u00e7o. A medida de reabertura dos com\u00e9rcios em Sete Lagoas foi comentada at\u00e9 mesmo nos maiores ve\u00edculos de imprensa do estado, como o jornal O Tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A previs\u00e3o da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade do Estado \u00e9 de que a quarentena se mantenha at\u00e9 no m\u00ednimo 13 de abril em Minas, sendo que essa previs\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser alterada conforme o pico da pandemia no estado, que estava previsto para ocorrer no fim deste m\u00eas.
