As atividades econ\u00f4micas dos segmentos previstos na Onda Amarela, que s\u00e3o considerados servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o essenciais dever\u00e3o observar os hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento para atendimento presencial, de maneira que evite aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restaurantes e outros servi\u00e7os de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e bebidas, poder\u00e1 funcionar com consumo no local at\u00e9 as 23 horas, preferencialmente com reserva de mesas com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos clientes, e ap\u00f3s esse hor\u00e1rio somente por delivery, entrega ou retirada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atendimento prestado presencialmente ao p\u00fablico em ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias seja realizado obrigatoriamente por, no m\u00ednimo, 6 horas em casas lot\u00e9ricas de, no m\u00ednimo, 10horas, bem como o estrito controle de acesso pelos estabelecimentos, visando eliminar aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas internas e externas, com organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de filas observando o distanciamento m\u00ednimo de 2,0m (dois metros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O funcionamento dos estabelecimentos comerciais situados em shoppings centers e galerias comerciais ser\u00e1 das 12hs \u00e0s 20hs, conforme previsto no protocolo sanit\u00e1rio do Programa Minas Consciente.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os estabelecimentos que descumprirem as determina\u00e7\u00f5es previstas neste Decreto, se constatada a aus\u00eancia de Alvar\u00e1 de Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Funcionamento ou de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, ser\u00e3o aplicadas as penalidades previstas na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria municipal cumulada com a suspens\u00e3o da atividade ou interdi\u00e7\u00e3o do estabelecimento at\u00e9 a obten\u00e7\u00e3o do Alvar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos em que haja aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas, seja em espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos ou privados, ser\u00e1 aplicada a penalidade de suspens\u00e3o da atividade ou interdi\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel, devendo ainda ser acionada a Pol\u00edcia Militar e encaminhado os fatos ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Minas Gerais para as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ficam estabelecidos funcionamento de controle de acesso do p\u00fablico nos seguintes locais:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Acesso de ve\u00edculos automotores no complexo tur\u00edstico da Serra de Santa Helena de Sete Lagoas ser\u00e1 controlado por meio de barreiras fiscais a serem fixadas no local, sendo a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o a cargo da Guarda Civil Municipal em conjunto com a Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente, Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Turismo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das quadras, gin\u00e1sios e campos poliesportivos p\u00fablicos somente ser\u00e1 autorizada mediante agendamento pr\u00e9vio junto \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Esportes e Cultura, sendo a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o a cargo desta Secretaria em conjunto com a Guarda Civil Municipal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Confira hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento dos estabelecimentos comerciais:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.setelagoas.mg.gov.br\/abrir_arquivo.aspx?cdLocal=12&amp;arquivo={CBD8CEED-AAD5-25CB-72AB-DBAEC7CC6128}.pdf\">Clique aqui<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Da Reda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sete Lagoas Not\u00edcias<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Prefeitura de Sete Lagoas publicou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (18), um novo decreto estabelecendo os hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento do com\u00e9rcio na cidade.
